How our shipping works? We process orders within 1-5 business days. Processing includes checking, discussing the correct sizes with a customer, packing, and sending your order out. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

We also offer Express shipping options, such as DHL Express, FedEx, and others (Delivery 5-9 business days). Please contact us at info@supremedoggarage.com for more details.

Please note that we can only cancel new order before it is shipped out, and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is received by the customer. After that, the customer needs to ship the items back to apply for a refund or make the carrier return them to the sender (not taking the delivery).

Please understand that due to COVID-19, the shipments may delay! Orders may appear to be stuck while waiting to be cleared by Customs is the destination country. Typically, you will see an “Acceptance” tracking update until the package has been cleared by customs. Once the package has been cleared the courier will update tracking information until the package arrives at your door. If you think there may be a larger issue with your package please contact us at info@supremedoggarage.com.

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. Insurance for the standard shipping options comes for 90 days since the shipment has been registered by the carrier. If this period has passed after we have shipped your order and have still not received it, please contact us to reship or refund your order. If 90 days have not yet passed with the standard shipping option, please note that we cannot refund your order at this point as the parcel is still on the way to you (is not lost) and will show up soon. We are not able to stop the delivery process with the standard shipping option. We need to wait for the parcel to show up so you can return it for the refund, or we take the insurance from the shipping company after 90 days since we have shipped your parcel to refund you or reship your order. But this is a very unusual situation and rarely occurs.

We ship from several warehouses around the eastern Asian countries and territories.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, to avoid any possible customs fees, and to get it to you as soon as possible.

The prices on the website are displayed in your local currency or the currency you have chosen at the bottom of the website in the footer section. The final order is being processed in USD.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
