Processing and Shipping Policy
How does our shipping work?
We process orders within 1-5 business days. Processing includes checking, discussing the correct sizes with a customer in case of doubt, packing (please visit our SIZING GUIDE), and sending your order out. Processing time is added to the total delivery time.
WORLDWIDE TRACKED SHIPPING:
- We provide tracking numbers with every order.

- If you don’t see the emails in your inbox, please check your spam or promotion folder, or add email@example.com to your safe sender’s list.
- Customers receive shipping status update notifications via emails with every order, if applicable. When shipment updates to info received, in transit, out for delivery, available for pickup, delivered, exception, and failed attempt.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.

Please note that we can only cancel a new order before it is shipped out and the customer receives a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. After that, the customer needs to ship the items back to apply for a refund or make the carrier return them to the sender (not taking the delivery).
Please understand that due to COVID-19, the shipments may delay! Orders may appear stuck while waiting to be cleared by Customs in the destination country. Typically, you will see an “Acceptance” tracking update until the package has been cleared by customs. Once the package has been cleared, the courier will update tracking information until the package arrives at your door. If you think there may be a larger issue with your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. Insurance for the standard shipping option parcels comes for 90 days since the carrier has registered the shipment. Please contact us if this period has passed in case you have still not received your order so we can reship it or refund your order as soon as possible. If 90 days have not yet passed with the standard shipping option, please note that we cannot refund your order at this point, as the parcel is still on the way to you (it is not lost) and should show up soon. Please note that this is a very unusual situation and rarely occurs.
We ship from several warehouses around the eastern Asian countries and territories, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.
For multi-item orders, your order may be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.
The prices on the website are displayed in USD, and the final order is processed in USD.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. In most cases (99%), you will not be charged these taxes and duties. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
