Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Supreme Dog Garage collects when you visit www.supremedoggarage.com (the “Shop”), shop with us, write to us or use our Rewards, Dog Profiles or Wholesale programs, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
The Shop is run by Digital Bug s. r. o., Okružná 786/20, 058 01 Poprad, Slovakia (“we”, “us”), the controller of your personal data. Questions about privacy and any request about your data: info@supremedoggarage.com.
2. What we collect and why
Orders and your account
When you order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, the products you order, the payment method and the order’s status. If you create an account, we also keep your login details (your password is stored only in encrypted form), your order history and your saved addresses. We use this to process and deliver your order, to send order and shipping e-mails, to handle returns and exchanges, to prevent fraud and to keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is the contract with you and our legal obligations (tax and accounting).
Payments. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by WooPayments (Automattic) with Stripe. Your card number is entered in their secure fields and is never stored by us.
Order tracking
We keep the tracking numbers and carriers of your parcels and pass your name, address and phone number to the carriers that deliver them. Our tracking service (CWILL, formerly ParcelPanel) receives the tracking numbers with your order to follow the parcel and may send you shipping updates by e-mail. Our tracking page asks for your order number and the e-mail address of the order, or opens from a link we send you. If you tap “Yes, it arrived”, we keep the time you confirmed it.
Dog sizing
When you save a dog in our size tools, its name and measurements are stored in your browser on this device and, if you are signed in, in your customer account, so you find them on another device. We attach the saved dogs and our size check for each item to your order, so we can help with returns and exchanges; this is visible only to our staff. If you ask us to e-mail you when a size is back in stock, we keep your e-mail address and the product until that single e-mail is sent, at most 180 days.
Dog Profiles and wishlists
If you create a profile for your dog, we keep what you add: its name, photo and cover photo, birthday, breed and measurements, and the products you save to its wishlist. A guest’s wishlist stays in the browser; after you sign in it is moved into your account. Photos you send to the Lookbook are published only after our team approves them and only if you agreed to their publication; you can ask us to remove them at any time. If you share your dog’s invite link and a friend orders with it, we record that the code was used (we never show you the friend’s name or order). Offers for the products in a wishlist are e-mailed only to customers we may write to, at most once a week, with a link to stop them.
Rewards (SDG Coins)
Members of our Rewards program have a coin balance, a history of the coins they earned and used, their tier (from their spending in the last 12 months) and, if they give it, their birthday. Coins are earned on paid orders, for creating an account, for reviews and on birthdays, and used as a discount in the bag. The legal basis is our agreement with you as a member of the program. Unused coins expire after 12 months without an order or using coins.
Help, chat and the contact form
When you write to us through Help on our site, in My Account, with the contact form or by e-mail to our support address, we keep your name, e-mail address, your messages and any photos you add, and what you chose to send with them (the product, your dog’s measurements, your bag or an order), so we can answer you. We keep a conversation for up to 24 months after it is solved. Our team may use an AI assistant (Anthropic) to prepare a draft of an answer from the conversation; a person from our team always reads and sends every answer. Payment details are never part of a conversation. When our team answers and you have not seen the answer on the site, we e-mail you that a reply is waiting.
Who is on the site
While you browse the Shop, our team can see which page of the Shop you are on, what is in your bag, what kind of device and browser you use, the country you are in (from your connection; we do not keep your IP address) and how you came to the Shop, so we can offer help in a chat (for example a short message when you look at a product for a while). In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we do this only if you accept Functional or Analytics cookies; if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we never do it. We keep this for 24 hours at most, and when you are signed in it is linked to your account.
Reviews
If you write a review, we publish your name as you give it, your rating, your text and any photos, and keep your e-mail address to confirm a purchase. You can ask us to edit or remove your review.
Wholesale
If you apply for a wholesale account, we keep the business’s name, website and address, the contact person’s name, e-mail address and phone number, and your answers in the application. To decide, our team may look at what is publicly available about the business on the web, with the help of an AI assistant (Anthropic). Approved businesses also have their level, prices and orders in their account.
Newsletter and bag reminders
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your e-mail address (and name, if you give it) and send you news and offers until you unsubscribe; every e-mail has an unsubscribe link. If you type your e-mail address or phone number at the checkout and leave without ordering, we may save the bag and remind you about it by e-mail; you can stop these reminders with the link in the e-mail or by writing to us.
Security
To keep the Shop and your account safe, our security tools record technical data such as IP addresses, browser details, failed logins and blocked requests, and the contact and login forms use Google reCAPTCHA. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the Shop.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies that the Shop needs to work (the bag, login, your cookie choice), and, with your consent where the law requires it, Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to see how visitors use the Shop, and the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show our ads to people who visited the Shop. Meta for WooCommerce may also send the same events (for example a purchase) to Meta from our server. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies and the Meta pixel does not start until you accept them in our cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings. If we add other advertising tags, the same rules apply to them. More in our Cookie Policy. Opt-outs: Google Analytics, Meta ads settings.
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as far as needed with:
- payment providers: WooPayments (Automattic) and Stripe;
- carriers and our tracking service (CWILL, formerly ParcelPanel);
- our hosting and delivery network: Rocket.net and Cloudflare;
- our e-mail delivery provider, for order, shipping, Help and newsletter e-mails;
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA) and Meta, as described above;
- Anthropic, for the AI drafts described above;
- authorities, courts or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own security obligations, or, for advertising and analytics, also under their own privacy policies.
4. Transfers outside Europe
Some of these providers are in the United States or other countries outside the EU and the EEA. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified providers) or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Slovakia generally 10 years).
- Your account, Dog Profiles, wishlists and Rewards: while your account exists; Rewards history while the program runs. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
- Help conversations: up to 24 months after they are solved.
- “Who is on the site”: 24 hours at most.
- Back-in-stock requests: until the e-mail is sent, at most 180 days.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Bag reminders: until they are sent or you stop them.
- Wholesale applications that are not approved: as long as needed for the application and a later one; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Security logs: as long as our security tools keep them, usually a few weeks to a few months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent (for example analytics and advertising cookies, the newsletter), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. To use these rights, write to info@supremedoggarage.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk), or the authority where you live.
Visitors from the United States and Canada. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data in the same way. We do not sell personal data for money; advertising cookies may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws, and you can switch them off with Cookie Settings. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. Marketing e-mails go only to people who agreed to receive them or who bought from us, as the law allows, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
7. Children
The Shop is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Shop or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will let you know on the Shop or by e-mail.
