We process orders within 1-5 business days. Processing includes checking, discussing the correct sizes of items with you, packing, and sending your order out. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Please understand that due to COVID-19, the shipments may delay! The parcels' registration and processing in the sorting centers and airports worldwide are still slower than usual, and there are still fewer flights.

    Insurance for the standard shipping comes for 90 days. If it has gone 12 weeks after we have shipped your order and you have still not received it, please contact us immediately that we can reship or refund your order. If 12 weeks has not yet passed with the standard shipping option, please note that we are not able to refund your order at this point as the parcel is still on the way to you and will mostly show up soon. We are not able to stop the delivery process with the standard shipping option from overseas. We need to wait for the parcel to show up or take insurance from the carrier after 90 days to refund or reship your order doue to covid-19 situation.

    For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, to avoid any possible customs fees, and to get it to you as soon as possible.

    The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
