Supreme Dog Garage is based in Slovakia and ships products worldwide. We are committed to providing reliable international delivery services with transparent shipping terms.
Customers located in the United States and Canada enjoy free shipping on all orders, while customers in other countries benefit from a simple flat-rate shipping fee.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our processing days are Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Bratislava). Orders placed after this time are not processed on the same day.
Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.
USA and Canada: 6 to 12 business days (Mon–Fri)

Rest of the world: $6.95 flat rate per order
