Refund and Return Policy

At Supreme Dog Garage, customer satisfaction and pet safety are our top priorities. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit may be issued.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be approved in advance and meet all eligibility requirements. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of fur, dirt, odor, or damage

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Return approval via email is required before shipping

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@supremedoggarage.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos or video evidence.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Incorrect size selection or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the provided size chart.

Approved returns for unwanted items are eligible for store credit only.

Hygiene and Safety Standards

For health and safety reasons, items that have been worn, tried on, washed, or show any signs of use will not be accepted.

Dog apparel and accessories come into direct contact with pets’ fur, skin, and bodily fluids, which may contain bacteria or parasites. To protect all customers and pets, we strictly prohibit returns of used items.

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized before shipment. To request a return:

  • Email info@supremedoggarage.com with your order number

  • Attach clear photos or video of the item

  • Wait for written approval and return instructions

Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address will not be processed.

Return Shipping and Labels

Once your return is approved, we will provide a free downloadable and printable return label. Items must be shipped using the provided label.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet return conditions, the return will be rejected and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Refunds and store credit are processed based on the reason for return:

  • Damaged or incorrect items: refund to original payment method or replacement

  • Change of mind or unwanted items: store credit only

Approved refunds or store credit are issued within 7 business days after inspection or approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If an exchange is approved but the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn, tried-on, washed, or used items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to improper care or washing

  • Returns submitted outside the 14-day window

One-Time Return Limit

Only one return or exchange per order is permitted. Multiple return requests for the same order will not be approved.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders that are refused or not claimed by the customer and returned to us are not eligible for free reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit return privileges in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior.
