Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, here’s how to return or exchange your item — fairly and clearly.
1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect (wrong item, missing item, or wrong color), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@supremedoggarage.com and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review and approve your case
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund
You do not need to return damaged items
2. WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Ordering the wrong size is not considered a valid reason for a refund or free return.
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
We accept returns for unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and free of fur or dirt
Products must be returned in their original packaging
Returns must be approved in advance via email
Items must be shipped to the original shipping warehouse
You are responsible for the return shipping cost
Refunds are issued as store credit only
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, any item that has been worn, tried on, washed, or shows any signs of use (such as fur, odor, or damage) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Dog apparel and accessories come into direct contact with pets’ fur, skin, and bodily fluids, which may carry bacteria, parasites, or viruses — even if not visible.
We also would not be comfortable resending an item that was previously worn by another dog — and we believe you wouldn’t want to receive that either.
Therefore, to protect the health and safety of all our customers and their pets, we cannot accept any worn, tried-on, or used items under any circumstances.
3. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Email info@supremedoggarage.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the item
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address
Ship the item using your preferred courier with a trackable shipping option
Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit within 7 business days
⚠️ We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
4. IMPORTANT NOTES
Only one return or exchange per order is allowed
We do not refund original shipping costs
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged
Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address will not be processed
Items washed or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return
